Terms of Service

Service name: PerfectGolfMate

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions and procedures for using the PerfectGolfMate mobile app and related services (the "Service") provided by IHYUNSOFT (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" means the PerfectGolfMate mobile app provided by the Company and all related services.
  • "User" means an individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service provided by the Company.
  • "Content" means all information that a user enters, registers, or stores through the Service, including golf round records, diary entries, ledger data, and photos.
  • "Premium" means extended features, such as cloud photo backup, provided through a paid subscription.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

① These Terms take effect upon being posted within the Service or on the official website.

② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws, and will give notice 7 days before the amendment takes effect. However, amendments unfavorable to users will be announced 30 days in advance.

③ If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and withdraw their account.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of the Service)

① The Company provides the following services:

  • Golf round recording (scores, companions, expenses — green fees, cart fees, caddie fees, F&B)
  • AI automatic score analysis (scorecard photo → per-hole score extraction)
  • Diary (round journal using text, photos, stickers, and GIFs)
  • Money ledger (income, expense, and savings records; recurring items)
  • Cloud sync (Firestore text sync — free / Storage photo backup — Premium)
  • Google Calendar integration
  • Other services additionally developed by the Company or provided to users through partnerships

② The Company may change the content of the Service for reasons such as quality improvement or policy changes, in which case the changes and their effective date will be announced in advance.

Article 5 (Paid Services and Payment)

① Certain services (Premium) may be provided for a fee, and users must review the price and agree to the payment before using such services.

② In-app subscriptions (In-App Purchase) are processed according to the payment policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

③ Subscription cancellation must be handled directly in the subscription management screen of the respective app store, and refunds for already-paid subscription periods follow each platform's policy.

④ Unless the user cancels the subscription, it renews automatically according to the configured billing cycle.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts:

  • Registering false information when applying to use the Service or when changing information
  • Misappropriating another person's information or impersonating another person
  • Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using information obtained through the Service without the Company's prior consent
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  • Violating applicable laws, these Terms, or the Company's policies

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

① The Company is exempt from liability when it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, hacking, or telecommunications failures.

② The Company is not liable for Service disruptions or damages caused by reasons attributable to the user.

③ The results of the AI-based score analysis service are for reference only, and final verification must be performed by the user. The Company assumes no legal responsibility for the accuracy of AI analysis results.

④ Data within the Service is stored in the local storage of the user's device and in the cloud; however, the Company is not responsible for data loss caused by device loss, damage, OS reset, or similar events.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

① These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

② Lawsuits regarding disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be brought before the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea as the court of first instance.

Supplementary Provisions

  • - These Terms take effect from the moment a member accesses the Service and agrees to them.
